Unwanted Items

In the unlikely event you receive your product and it is not quite as you imagined, or you simply just wish to return it that is absolutely fine. We ask that this decision is made as prompt as possible once you receive the item(s)!

We are unable to accept returns of any items which have been used or worn, unless there is a clear and obvious fault.

For unwanted items the customer has 30 days to return this item to us. The customer will be responsible for delivering the item back to us to our registered address below. We recommend using a tracked service.

Faulty Items

Rest assured that we thoroughly inspect our items before dispatch to ensure high quality, but in the unlikely event you feel the item carries a fault we offer a 30 day period of return on your order.

We do advise that upon receiving your goods and before wearing them that you closely look at the item to make sure you are happy!

In the circumstance that the customer has a faulty item to send back the customer will be responsible for delivering the item back to us to our registered address below. We recommend using a tracked service. If we agree there is a clear and obvious fault then we will refund your extra postage expense as well as the original total order price.
